Shipping policy

 

US Orders

We offer free shipping for all orders with addresses within the United States, using USPS.

All orders are processed within 4 business days upon payment approval, excluding weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Please note, shipments will be made on weekdays only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

USPS Priority (within the US): 3-4 business days

 

International Orders

All international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL Express. All tax, customs, and import duties will be levied by the customer’s local government. Any additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer. This can range from 10%–40% of the order value. If the customer fails to retrieve their package, the cost to return the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

All items will be shipped from the United States with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.

If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

 

Damages and issues

While Dotlinesurface is not responsible for any products damaged during shipping, please inspect your order upon reception. Please contact us at support@dotlinesurface.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
